Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of employee with regard to their job, advancement opportunities, training, job support and empowerment. The sample design consists of convenience sampling and data collection was primary. The methodology adopted to carry this study is by using questionnaire and the statistical tools used for analysis were simple percentage and F-test. The result is interpreted and presented in the form of tables and charts. The study is useful to the management to know the level of satisfaction and needs of the employees.
